Phantom/Ghost was formed in a hotel bar by producer and musician Thies Mynther (Die Regierung, Stella, Superpunk) and Tocotronic's singer, songwriter and guitarist, Dirk von Lowtzow - both local heroes of the Hamburg, Germany music scene.
