Phantom Project (also known as New Mafia Elite) is a Baltimore hip-hop collective consisting of 5 members. Kennections is the de facto leader of the group, along the lead producer, KidGhost, who released his debut beat tape, Ghost in the Machine, on September 20th, 2011 to much critical acclaim.
