Philmac is a boldly talented rapper and producer originally from Birmingham, AL. He has also held residence in Atlanta, GA. P-Funk is his debut album and it was released in 1998 on Phunky Entertainment. All the groovy production is provided by Philmac himself and he uses his signature style on each track.
