Phlegmat is a band formed in Tel Aviv, Israel, in 2004, combining between several genres of music, usually, rock and hard rock sounds with an electronic and industrial touch. Their most known song, which was played in several clubs in Tel-Aviv area at its time, is titled "Elohim Lo Yaazor Lecha" (God Won't Help You).
