Pilot Cloud was a shoegaze/post-rock project based out of Philadelphia, PA. Justin Lerner (guitar/vocals) and Nick Biscardi (drums/synth) formed Pilot Cloud in April 2008 solely as a means to create music they'd want to hear. The effort yielded their debut album, “In Transition”.
