Pindar was a one-off krautrock band. Somewhere between 1971 and 1976, the group spent three days under continuous hallucinogenic influence, holed up in a West Germany recording studio -- the end result being the record, Saturnity, which until now remained unreleased. Disagreements over the resulting kosmiche musik, and no doubt the heavy drug use, caused the group to splinter.
