Plan 15 is a pop-punk band from the suburbs of Boston, MA. Formed in October of 2000 in Franklin, Massachusetts the band didn't really being to take shape until December of 2000 when its founding member relocated to Northern Virginia. Shortly thereafter Plan 15 recorded their 1st full length CD with Mark Reiter (from Daycare Swindlers) on drums.
