Playdoh is a French collective of six musicians and a video artist. After some noisy demo tapes , they released their first album in 2000, playdoh, a milestone in French post-rock. While clearly influenced by Sonic Youth, Blonde Redhead and Slint, they already add some electronic sounds to their post-rock hypnotic melodies, thus creating their very own sound.
