Polystar is an esoteric blend of rock, electronica, folk, and disco, with a pop sensibility. Rather than following the recent trend of many bands who try to sound JUST LIKE the 60s, 70s, or 80s bands they admire, Polystar mixes these influences up, making music that is "dated in three decades", while still sounding fresh and different.
