Yann started learning to play the violin very early. He was soon seduced by the post jazz improvization movement that was going on in France over the 90's and collaborated to many projects and recordings. It was around 2000 that he began to write songs, inspired by the strength he found in Gainsbourg or Nougaro's innovative works.
