Powerhawk is Penn State student Phil Zona (born June 4, 1990). Coming from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Powerhawk began making electronica, remixes and mashups his junior year of high school under various names, including The Water Machine Soul Harvester, Metatron, and Phil Philthy Rich.
