project Hypoxia (formerly just "Hypoxia") is Russian experimental music project from Kaliningrad, founded by Mark Shaman and Khristina Teermaal in June 2007. Once they agreed to work together they had chosen the project name by picking a random word from the dictionary. Khristina left the project in August 2009 and presently Hypoxia is one-man's project.
