Pseudocipher is a dark synthpop rock band formed in Los Angeles, CA in 1997 by Christopher Anton (vocals, programming) and Rhonda Amber (vocals, keyboards). They released an eponymous album in 1998, and an EP verison of Fragments of Empathy as a duo. After that, additional members have included Jon Siren (drums) and Natasha Cox (guitars, keyboards, vocals), both of Mankind is Obsolete and Brad Darnell (bass).
