Formed in late 2001, Pushmeunder were able to develop the twisted, angry and occasionally beautiful post-hardcore that they captured so brilliantly on their debut EP. Like Japanese bizarros Envy, they straddle the gulf between avant-garde post rock like Mogwai and screaming post-hardcore like Norma Jean.
