Quickstop formed circa 2000 when brothers Ryan and Alex and friend Alex D. decided to get together in a basement and jam. The band as a whole is from upstate New York. Ryan, lead vocals/guitar/keys, currently resides in Philly. Alex, drums/vocals, is finishing up school in Arizona. Alex D., bass/vocals, stayed in upstate New York and is currently in a second band, Blackfoot Jack.
