Rain On The Parade, 1995-2000: Rain On The Parade was a hardcore band based in the Philadelphia area. Originally formed by Ronny "Sarge" Little in the summer of 1994, ROTP's original members included Justin Phillips, Dave "D2" Sadowski & Matt "Smithe" Smith.
