Rawlow B was a popular local rapper from Nashville, Tennessee who released three albums during his lifetime: Cashvillan Desperado Sic of Dis Shit He died in either the late 1990s or early 2000s, though exact details are not known. He was close to Haystak and other Nashville rappers and is even referenced by Haystak in some of his songs.
