Reactor-5 was founded in 2005 with an idea for a band with two keyboards and ethnic percussion added to drums. This line-up was perfect for fusion flavored jazz music, composed mainly by Jussi Fredriksson and Aki Rissanen. The nature of Reactor-5's music is thoroughly structured and composed, but it also includes freely improvised passages.
