Rebekah Pulley was born in Anchorage, Alaska and began playing the guitar at the age of fifteen. She was encouraged and inspired by her father Wallace Pulley, a full time country-western musician. Wallace played, recorded and traveled the country with among others, early rock-a-billy pioneer Charlie Ryan of 'Hot Rod Lincoln' fame.
