Born in Hong Kong and brought up in Somerset, John Pennells aka Re:criminate has quickly established himself as a fresh face in Drum and Bass. After getting into dnb in 1994 when a friend hooked him onto a tape of a London pirate radio station, he mastered the skills of Djing and played his first set in 1999.
