Refrain is at least 3 bands: 1. Refrain was aheavy metal band from Kuopio, Finland and was formed in 2004. In 2005 they released demo "Psychosis" and in 2006 EP "Justice for the Undead". Their activity ended in 2007 - 2008. 2017 band had their final comeback show in Ottopoika, Kuopio.
