Talented Cuban classical guitarist Rey Guerra began studying music at the National School in 1973. During the following years, he came in first place twice after participating in the National Guitar Contest Amadeo Roldán, getting international recognition for winning the 1981's Marneurkirchen International Guitar Festival, a well-known German music event.
