Inspired by artists like Crashdïet, Mötley Crüe, Crazy Lixx, Whitesnake, Skid Row, Judas Priest and lots of other "hairy" metal and hard rock artists, Riöt Act saw the light of day in summer 2011, when Shark Myers and LA Snake formed a band together. On the drums they got Sharks brother, Ricky, and they added the talented lead guitarist Andy Rhoads to their lineup as well as singer Jack Frantzen.
