Riina (Riina Mikkonen born in 1977) is a finnish singer-songwriter who only made one album called Valveilla unessa (Awake in a dream). She has a background of acting in theatre and in musicals in her hometown Joensuu and she studied piano and singing in the University of Helsinki. She has also been a dancer, a model and a poet. Riina has always been a curious traveller and her love for India shows in her songs. Her only album came out in 1998 with 10 songs in it, all of wich were written by her.
