Robes Of State was formed late 2006 by Jezza Bruce & Perry Batty. After trial periods with a bunch of instrumentalists, Dave Huds joined as the bands bassist October 2006. The band performed at over 40 pubs and clubs in North Wales over 4 years, in which time the band teamed up with singer Stuart Cross on multiple occasions and also worked with singer songwriter Tim Thackray.
