Rocom was born in LA and raised in Orange Country and belongs to neither one’s mainstream cultures of excess and self importance. He spent the first 18 years of his life growing up to the ripe age of 18. He then attended the University of California Irvine in Irvine, California across from Gina’s Pizza, which is delicious.
