Rotschreck were a modern extreme death/thrash/doom/hardcore hybrid metal band, based in Dundee, Scotland and signed to England's Tenderloin Records. Formed circa 1996, they recorded two demos - Emotional Tempest (1997) and Dreams of Dark Thought (1999) - before signing to Tenderloin Records and recording their debut EP Heatsink (2000). Dreams of Dark Thought was awarded 7/10 by Metal Hammer and was acclaimed by several underground zines in the UK and US.
