RYOEI (born Ikema Ryoei, on December 16, 1980) is a Japanese singer-songwriter and composer from Ishigaki, Okinawa. After finishing high school he aimed to be professional musician and moved to Osaka. He released his debut single 'Mienai Sekai no Naka de' (見えない世界の中で…) in 2003. RYOEI made his major debut in 2010 with the single 'Hirari' (ひらり) which was produced by Cassius Shimada and managed to get to the 15th place of the Japanese Oricon charts.
