Sandtrout is a five-piece melodic metal and progressive metal band from Rīga, Latvia. The band formed in 2006 and gained attention to themselves on the local scene, that allowed to tour across the Baltics, also open shows for bands Caliban, Maroon, Stigmata, and Korea. It passed through the lineup changes and this also lead to positive changes in musical and lyrical content.
