Sanity Shed is a five-piece melodic metalband from Finnsnes, Norway. The band was formed in late november/december 2007 in the small town Finnsnes, and five friends decided to play some kickass metal together. The band's style is a fusion between progressive metal, melodic death metal, funk and some other metal-genres. The band will release their debut album "Continent Control" in autumn 2009.
