There are two Scott Tyler's listed on last.fm. The first is from Florida and has released "Off My Guard" and "Revel." The second, Scott Tyler grew up in the middle of an apricot field in a farmhouse built in 1910. “My parent’s started remodeling the house the day after Christmas when I was in third grade.
