Missouri born singer/songwriter Scott Warren moved to Los Angeles in 2000 to reconnect with his older sister. Shortly thereafter, he formed the indie-rock outfit, Signal Hill Transmission, a band with four releases under it's belt, the most recent via ATO Records.
