There are three artists with the name "Semantics": 1) Semantics is a short lived experimental trio from the 80's Downtown New York scene, consisted of Samm Bennett (drums, percussions), Ned Rothenberg (saxes, clarinet), Elliott Sharp (guitar, bass) They recorded only two albums the self titled in 1985 and Bone of Contention in 1987.
