Singer/Songwriter Sharon Ben-Shem was born in Israel in 1975. She started playing the piano at the age of 3 and wrote her first song at the age of 8. She has been writing and composing both songs and piano pieces ever since. In 1999 Sharon moved to the USA to study music. She got her Bachelor in Music from Oklahoma City University and later moved to Deklab, Illinois where she later received her Master in Music from Northern Illinois University.
