Shelly Bush is a native of Missouri and spent much of her childhood singing in church and school music competitions. She credits her love of music to her parents, who spent many years driving her over 400,000 miles around the USA to singing engagements. While in school Shelly won a guitar in a competition from a local music store so she started to learn and began writing her own songs.
