A five-piece formed in Milwaukee in 2004, Skull Time is a glowing envelope filled with finely honed garage rock bullet velocity. With late classic rock and 80s punk influences, they fall within the same genre as the New Bomb Turks, one that can be fairly accurately described as garage punk.
