Smalltown Cynics was a metalband from Zeeuws Vlaanderen - Zeeland, The Netherlands. Together with other local bands, for example New Hazard, Badly Preserved, System Error, Ten-13, Slachthondt and Isle of Man, they destroyed many locations in The Netherlands and sometimes in other countries.
