Snowbirds (UK) Snowbirds were the quintessential indie pop band. Formed by Charlotte Thackray, and singer songwriter Matthew White (committed suicide in the late 90's). Completed by a bass player and drummer, both students at Cardiff University who were basically "In it for the beers!".
