A popular seiyuu born in Aizuwakamatsu, Japan, May 30, 1972. Bloodtype B. Has a very boyish voice, and often voices young or passionate characters such as Kira Yamato (Gundam SEED), Son Goku (Saiyuki), and Fuuchouin Kazuki (Getbackers). He has released scores of music, a good percentage of it from Saiyuki, along with Toshihiko Seki (who he has had many projects with) and Hiroaki Hirata.
