A meeting of minds indeed! Simeon, he of Silver Apples, and Sonic Boom, he of Spacemen 3/Spectrum/E.A.R. Sonic's love of Silver Apples was already evident from his recorded output, and he had already recorded a cover of Silver Apples classic "A Pox On You" under his Spectrum alias as a collaboration with Jessamine.
