Spit at Stars were born in Sora (Italy) in 2007 under the name of Run Over Bats. They started playing songs of The Distillers, Blink 182,Taking Back Sunday etc.. After a few months they decided to write some songs under the influences of all the members of the band (from the 50s rock'n'roll to Blink182 pop-punk, from Melodic Hardcore to the modern emocore).
