A ska band for people who don't like ska bands: Steady Habits is and has been made up of members of many of Connecticut's worst bands of the past 15 years. One day, as they were touring the tri-state area as an intentionally non-practiced and sloppy ska-punk karaoke cover band, a group of many nerds figured "yanno maybe we should make a real band."
