Strafe Für Rebellion A duo of Bernd Kastner (born in 1957 in Düsseldorf, Germany) and Siegfried Michail Syniuga, Strafe Für Rebellion ("Punishment For Rebellion" - later known as Strafe F.R.) started in 1979.
