TORA was founded in the spring of 2009. The band formerly known as “The blues Syndrome” started of as an experiment in the genre of blues and bluesrock.this experiment was conducted by founding members Frank Uiterwaal (Lead Guitar) and Kenneth Martens (Drums and percussions). As the early jamsessions advanced, Oliver Pütz (vocals/harps) joined the band and shortly thereafter Luc Starmans (bass) followed.
