Dave Morgan formed the Tandy-Morgan Band,[3] with E.L.O. keyboardist Richard Tandy early 1985. Together they recorded the concept album "Earth rise". The album contains 14 tracks, all written by Dave Morgan, but heavily influenced by Richard Tandy's keyboard arrangements, which partly explains the album's reminiscence to E.L.O.'s "Time", a concept album released in 1981.
