Washington, DC's Tarot Bolero is an extremely theatrical ensemble whose rollicking, wacked-out cabaret rock has a bit of the flavor of a old-timey dusty saloon, a Storyville all-nude female revue, and a rickety Eastern European circus operated by midgets.
