Tehachapi are a psychedelic/post-rock band from Melbourne, Australia, whose four members (Constantine Stefanou, Anthony Cook, James Ruse and Laura Christoforidis) formed in early 2009, and released their first album, (100), in March of 2010. The band is named after the Native American word, which means 'the land of four seasons and sweet water' which is sonically portrayed in their music.
