The 11th Layer of Hell is a Long Island punk band that started late in 2006 when a group of idiots got drunk and started a it. They recorded the "Antics" demo in 2009. Recorded in there practice studio in winter/spring of 2009. They are now recording the "Metal on Concrete", this should be out in the near future.
