The Aye-Ayes are a band based in New York City. It is comprised of Peter Smith (vocals, guitar, songwriting), Nate Bliss (vocals, bass), and Matt Pincus (drums). The band was born when Smith and his girlfriend broke up in early 2008. Smith shared a lease and was forced to sleep on his friend's couch for most of the spring.
