The Booklovers were formed in the wake of a disastrous Valentines Day in 2007. originally based in Dublin, Ireland, they have since relocated to London, England. Though they started off as a fairly straight up Twee Pop band, their sound has since expanded to include elements of Folk Punk, Riot Grrrl, Electronica, Hip Hop and Grindcore.
